|60 ml||Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)|
|½||Garlic clove, minced|
|60 g||Vegan parmigiano cheese, freshly grated or 30 g nutritional yeast|
|150 ml||Lemon juice (2 lemons)|
|1 tbsp||Lemon zest|
|5 g||Fresh basil, chopped|

In a large bowl, whisk together half of the olive oil, vegan cheese or nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper
