|½||Garlic clove, minced|
|60 g||Lactose-free aged Parmigiano cheese, freshly grated|
|150 ml||Lemon juice (2 lemons)|
|15 g||Lemon zest|
|5 g||Fresh basil, chopped|

In a large bowl, whisk together half of the olive oil, cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper
