Ingredients
Serves 4
320g (11,3 oz) | Barilla® Spaghetti No. 5 |
200g | Cod, diced |
100 | Halal canned tuna oil, drained and flaked |
100 ml | Halal Alcohol-Free White Wine |
200g | Tomato Pulp |
150g | Tomatoes, seeded and cut into strips |
40ml | extra-virgin olive oil |
1 clove | garlic |
20g | Parsley, chopped |
1 Bunch | Basil |
to taste | Salt and pepper |

Method
Step 1
Sauté the garlic in the oil.Add the cod and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes strips, then the non-alcoholic wine and let it evaporate. Add the toamto pulp and stir well for 2 minutes.Add the tuna and let the sauce cook for 5 minutes. Stir it once. Remove the garlic, season with salt and pepper and add parsley, basil. The sauce should retain some of its liquidity.

Step 2
Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water according to package directions.
