Ingredients

Serves 4

1 box Barilla® Penne Rigate
1 jar Vegan pesto*
1 ½ pint Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup Black olives, pitted and halved
1  tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
To taste Salt

*VEGAN PESTO SAUCE:

2 cups Basil
2 tbs Walnuts
1 /2 clove Garlic
4/5 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs Nutritional yeast
4 tbs Plant-based cream
2 Ice cubes

Method

Step 1

To prepare the pesto put in a blender the basil, salt to taste, 2 ice cubes, garlic, yeast, walnuts, and olive oil and blend until smooth.

Transfer the pesto into a bowl and combine with the cream.
