320 g | Barilla® Rotini |
3 | Tbs E.V.O.O |
20 | Oz mixed mushrooms |
1 | Tbs fresh parsley, chopped |
¼ | Cup dry white wine |
1/2 | Cup vegan cream substitute |
1 | Clove garlic |
TIP | Sea Salt and pepper to taste |

Method
Step 1
Scrub and slice the mushrooms.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, drain Transfer to the pan with the mushrooms and mix well over medium heat for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped Parsley before serving.
