|20||Oz mixed mushrooms|
|1||Tbs fresh parsley, chopped|
|¼||Cup dry white wine|
|1/2||Cup vegan cream substitute|
|TIP||Sea Salt and pepper to taste|

Scrub and slice the mushrooms.
