Serves 4

1 Box Barilla® Fettuccine​
5 Tbs margarine or vegan butter​
1 Cup Vegan Parmigiano cheese, grated​
TIP 10g Gomasio on top(or crushed white sesame

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt . ​

  • Barilla® Fettuccine

Step 2

Cook the pasta  according to package directions.​

Step 3

Meanwhile melt butter in a bowl by adding ½ cup of pasta cooking water.​

Step 4

Drain pasta when al dente, toss with butter and stir in cheese.​

Step 5

Sprinkle with Gomasio on top. ​
