1 15-ounce container Ricotta cheese (425 g)
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parsley chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper, ground
2 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
