1 Box Barilla® Spaghetti​
3 Cups basil​
2.5 Tbs pine nuts​
1 Clove garlic​
1 Cup extra virgin olive oil​
5 Tbs grated Parmigiano​
4 Tbs grated Pecorino​
TIP Salt​
TIP Pepper​
TIP Lemon zest grated on the dish, to taste

Method

Process the pine nuts and garlic in a blender. Add the basil leaves, washed and dried, pulse a few times, then add EVOO and process until done, fully chopped but not completely smooth.. Stir in grated Parmigiano cheese and Pecorino cheese and adjust the density with a bit of pasta cooking water before combining the two  ​
