Ingredients

Serves 4

1 Box Barilla® Rotini
3 Tbs E.V.O.O​
20 Oz mixed mushrooms​
1 Tbs Italian parsley, chopped​
¼ Cup dry white wine​
1/2 Cup cream ​
1 Clove garlic ​
TIP Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Scrub and slice the mushrooms.​

Sauté the whole garlic clove in the oil.​

Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, making sure that the mushrooms remain firm.​

Step 4

Add the white wine, reduce to half season with salt and pepper, and stir in the cream. Bring to boil and discard the garlic clove​

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente; drain. Transfer to the pan with the mushrooms and mix well over medium heat for a few minutes.​ Sprinkle with chopped Parsley before serving.
