|20||Oz mixed mushrooms|
|1||Tbs Italian parsley, chopped|
|¼||Cup dry white wine|
|1/2||Cup cream |
|1||Clove garlic |

Scrub and slice the mushrooms.

Sauté the whole garlic clove in the oil.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, making sure that the mushrooms remain firm.
Add the white wine, reduce to half season with salt and pepper, and stir in the cream. Bring to boil and discard the garlic clove

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente; drain. Transfer to the pan with the mushrooms and mix well over medium heat for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped Parsley before serving.
