Ingredients

1 jar | Vegan pesto* |
1 cup | Tofu extra firm |
1 ½ pint | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
½ cup | Black olives, pitted and halved |
1 tablespoon | Extra virgin olive oil |
To taste | Salt |

2 cups | Basil |
2 tbs | Walnuts |
1 /2 clove | Garlic |
4/5 cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
2 tbs | Nutritional yeast |
4 tbs | Plant-based cream |
2 | Ice cubes |
