6 Oz Barilla®  Gluten Free Elbows
1 Can white beans
1 Can Cannellini beans
1 Can Borlotti beans
1 ½ tbs E.V.O.O.​
1 Large onion​
2 Medium carrots​
2 Stalks celery​
2 Bay leaves​
½ Cup tomato pulp​
TIP Salt and pepper, to taste​

Method

Step 1

Clean and chop the onion, carrot and celery. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the vegetables, the tomato pasta and bay leaves. ​
