2 | 0 oz mixed mushrooms |
1 | Tbs fresh parsley, chopped |
1 | Tbs soy sauce |
1 | Clove garlic |
½ | Cup vegan cream substitute |
TIP | Sea Salt and pepper to taste |

Method
Step 1
Scrub and slice the mushrooms.
