800 g Tomato pulp
8 leaves Basil
60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove Garlic
To taste Kosher salt and black pepper
1 15-oz. container Kosher ricotta cheese (425 g)
2 cups (450 g) Kosher mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parsley chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper, ground
2 tablespoons Kosher Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
