|20||Oz mixed mushrooms|
|1||Tbs Italian parsley, chopped|
|1/2||Cup Kosher dry white wine|
|TIP||Kosher Sea Salt and pepper to taste|

Scrub and slice the mushrooms.

Sauté the whole garlic clove in a pan with the oil.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, making sure that the mushrooms remain firm.
Add the white wine, season with salt and pepper and stir with the cream.
