1 Box Barilla® Gluten Free Spaghetti​
3 Cups basil​
2.5 Tbs pine nuts​
1 Clove garlic​
1 Cup extra virgin olive oil​
5 Tbs grated Parmigiano​
4 Tbs grated Pecorino​
TIP Salt​
TIP Pepper​
TIP Lemon zest grated on the dish, to taste

Step 1

To prepare the pesto alla Genovese, blend the pine nuts and garlic in a blender. Add the basil leaves, washed and dried, salt to taste, two ice cubes to preserve the green color, and the EVOO without turning off the blender.​ Add the grated Parmigiano and Pecorino cheeses and adjust the density by adding more olive oil if necessary.​
