Ingredients

Serves 4

1 Box Barilla® Gluten Free Rotini
2 ½ tbs E.V.O.O​
16 Oz mixed mushrooms​
1 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped​
¼ Cup dry white wine​
½ Cup cream​
1 Clove garlic​
TIP Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Scrub and slice the mushrooms.​

Sauté the whole garlic clove in the oil.​

Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, making sure that the mushrooms remain firm.​

Step 4

Add the white wine, season with salt and pepper and stir with the cream..

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, drain.​ Transfer to the pan with the mushrooms and mix well over medium heat for a few minutes.​ Sprinkle with chopped Parsley before serving.
