Elbows Mac & Cheese Gluten-free

Ingredients

Serves 4

1 Box Barilla® Gluten Free Elbows
2 Cups heavy cream​
1 Cup white cheddar cheese, grated​
¾ Cup Monterrey Jack cheese, grated​
¼ Cup Parmigiano, grated​
TIP Salt , white pepper, to taste
1/2 GF breadcrumbs​
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs butter​
1 Clove minced​
1 Tsp parsley, chopped

Method

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat add olive oil and butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.​

Step 2

Add breadcrumb and stir until breadcrumb turns golden brown. Stir in parsley and set aside.​

  • Monterrey Jack cheese
  • Parmigiano cheese
  • salt
  • white pepper

Step 3

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepot over low/medium heat bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Whisk in cheese, seasoning to taste.​

Step 4

Drain pasta well and mix with cheese sauce. ​

Step 5

Top elbows with  toasted GF breadcrumbs..​
