200 g White beans (dry)
or 1 can 240 g Drained cooked beans
200 g Cannellini beans (dry) or 1 can
200 g Borlotti beans (dry) or 1 can
30 ml E.V.O.O
200 g Onion
100 g Carrots
100 g Celery
2 Bay leaves
80 g Tomato pulp
to taste Salt and pepper

The next day, clean and chop the onion, carrot and celery. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the vegetables, the tomato pulp and bay leaves. Then add the drained beans, washed and dried.
