320 g Barilla® Penne Rigate
100 g Barilla® or home made Genovese Pesto*
300g Cherry tomatoes, halved
170 g Feta cheese
90 g Black olives, pitted and halved
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
To taste Salt

*Option: For a home made Genovese Pesto

30 g Basil leaves
15 g Pine nuts
15 g Parmigiano cheese, grated
15 g Pecorino cheese, grated
1 /2 clove Garlic
200 ml Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Start by blending the pine nuts and garlic in a blender. Add the basil leaves, washed and dried, and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) without turning off the blender. Add the grated Parmigiano cheese and Pecorino cheese and adjust the density by adding more oil if necessary.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta one minute less than package directions.
