320g (11,2 oz) Barilla® Gluten-free Spaghetti No. 5
150g Smoked tofu (or Almond based)
100g onion, peeled and thinly sliced
400 gr chopped tomato (1 can)
10 g nutritional yeast
50ml extra-virgin olive oil
to taste Crushed red chili pepper
to taste Salt and black pepper

Begin by cutting the smoked tofu into slices and then into rectangles. Add it to a pan over medium heat and gently roast it until lightly browned.

Remove the tofu pieces and add the olive oil to the same pan. Sauté the onions and add the chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes and season with crushed red chili pepper, salt, and black pepper.
