250g (8,8oz) Barilla® Tagliatelle
160ml water
150g Kosher ground veal
150g Kosher ground beef
40g carrot, peeled and minced
40g celery, minced
40g yellow onion, peeled and minced
100ml extra-virgin olive oil
90g tomato purée
100ml Kosher red wine
2 fresh bay leaves, coarsely chopped
to taste Salt and black pepper

Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the minced carrot, celery, yellow onion, and bay leaves until fragrant.

Add the Kosher ground veal and beef to the saucepan and raise the heat to medium-high. Brown the meat well, then pour in the Kosher red wine and let it evaporate completely. Step 4
