320g (11,3 oz) Barilla® Spaghetti No. 5
60 ml Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
½ Garlic clove, minced
60 g Parmigiano or Halal Firm Sheep Cheese, freshly grated
150 ml Lemon juice (2 lemons)
15 g Lemon zest
5 g Fresh parsley, chopped
3 g Salt
to taste Pepper
