Ingredients

320 g Barilla® Gluten-free Penne Rigate
100 g Barilla® or home made Genovese Pesto*
300g Cherry tomatoes, halved
170 g Feta cheese
90 g Black olives, pitted and halved
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
To taste Salt

*Option: For a home made Genovese Pesto

30 g Basil leaves
15 g Pine nuts
15 g Parmigiano cheese, grated
15 g Pecorino cheese, grated
1 /2 clove Garlic
200 ml Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Method
